Yes, TOMM® is government-accredited and highly secure. Our accreditations have been completed across ministries

including Oranga Tamariki and Te Whatu Ora. As a cloud-based system, it’s accessible anywhere with an internet

connection. However, your data never leaves New Zealand’s shores, ensuring it is always protected by New Zealand law.

TOMM® also upholds Māori data sovereignty principles, making it especially relevant in an Aotearoa setting.

Can we transfer our data from CounselPro to TOMM®?

Yes, our goal is to ensure seamless data continuity for all new clients. The transfer process is straightforward, and our team

is here to assist you every step of the way. Simply export your data from CounselPro as a CSV le, upload it to the TOMM®

data transfer portal using the secure one-time link that we provide. We’ll handle the rest. Your data will be securely cleaned

and uploaded into your TOMM® account for you to access.

Why is pricing not based on logins?

TOMM® prioritises the privacy of all students information which is why we don’t allow login sharing among users.

Each user has a unique login, and their activity within TOMM® is audit-logged for transparency. In key areas of the

platform, audit logs are visible, ensuring accountability.

How does TOMM® protect student privacy with individual logins?

Unique logins ensure that each student’s privacy is safeguarded. Students have the right to control who can view

their information. In certain cases, such as when a sta member has a personal connection to a student (e.g.,

relative, neighbour), we can protect the students privacy by blocking access to their records for specic users.

Shared logins compromise this level of control, putting student privacy at risk.

What is the cost of TOMM®?

Pricing is based on the number of tools you subscribe to and the size of your school population.
